C.A. Tom Congelli
For those of you out there, who knew Tom Congelli, you can only remember him as a jovial, fun loving person who loved life, and all it had to offer. He was a unique individual, who never once hesitated to share his life's experiences with family, friends, colleagues and the occasional stranger.
No matter where "TC" traveled on God's green earth, to the amazement of those around him, he could always find the best place in the area where some culinary treasure was hidden.
Sadly,"TC" left us in 1998, but he left those of us who knew him, with an infinite number of fantastic memories of great meals, fine wines, good cigars, great times and with the uncanny feeling that he's probably upstairs teaching heavens chefs the right way to prepare pasta.
So, in "TC's" memory, Forcon International and its associates have decided to prepare an "on going" list of great restaurants we have visited throughout the world and a brief description of the meals they prepare, the desserts they present and the wines that they serve.
So when you travel, if you end up in some place you've never been before, and need to find a great place to eat, all you have to do is jump onto the Internet call up our web site go to TC's Corner and you never know, one of our associates just might have visited the area and found that perfect place to eat and you can read all about it.

Cathy's Gazebo Café
4199 North Federal Highway, Boca Raton, Florida (561)395-6033Credit for finding this wonderful restaurant goes to Art Koski, of The Law Firm Of Arthur Koski.
This restaurant is a must when you are in the Boca Raton area. The selection is extensive. Besides the regular menu there were half a dozen specials, which were too good to pass up. A rib-eye steak was selected as one of the main courses and received great raves. I had grouper with shrimp and lobster sauce, which received a complete ten out of ten rating.
This restaurant allows you to bring your own wine or select from their extensive menu.
A lot of snow-birds visit this restaurant and I understand right after mother's day the need for reservations dissipate. I would suggest, however, that you make reservations during the winter months.Ratings:

City Grill
Hurt Plaza, Downtown Atlanta, GA - 2 ½ starsAfter a grueling day attending the American Bar Association annual meeting in Atlanta, Georgia and having endured the traffic jam caused by President Clinton's speech before a very select few of the ABA it only seemed appropriate that a restaurant with the name grill in it should be visited for the evening meal.
The best we can muster up for this restaurant is 2 ½ stars. We probably should have known better when the waiter recommended the Halibut and crab cakes in this land locked city. Obviously the wine consumption, which was at best mediocre, dimmed our judgment and six out of a party of eight ordered the Halibut and crab cakes. No surprise, the meal was representative of what one would expect when one orders seafood in a land locked city.
The 1996 Facelli Merlo, which was also highly recommended by the waiter, would even fall short of Roger Sauer's greatest expectations. The best wine of the evening was the Toad Hollow Zinfandel, more for the wondrous label on it than for the contents of the bottle.
The desserts were excellent. To celebrate his 50th birthday, Armen Shahinian decided to share a creme-brulee with Jim Beck. After tasting it, Armen insisted that everyone at the table needed to taste it as well. We're not sure how much of it Jim was able to get. The decor of this restaurant was the highlight of the evening.
This restaurant is located in a beautiful old bank building with multiple levels which adds to the spaciousness and dynamics of the building's interior. If you should decide to drive to this restaurant you must call Peter Brown, who claims he circled the restaurant at least six times before identifying it as the evenings ultimate destination. Use valet parking.
