The Fidelity and Surety Law Committee will then present their annual Mid-Winter Meeting Program on January 24-27, 2012 at the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel, New York, NY. This year's program will again offer CE and CLE credits and features a full day of construction programming on Thursday, a full day of surety programming on Friday and a day and a half of fidelity programming starting on Thursday. The Thursday construction program is entitled Show Me the Money! – Prosecuting and Managing Affirmative Claims and Recoveries. Friday's surety program covers performance bonds in depth and is entitled The Law of Performance Bonds – From Off Broadway to the Big Stage!. The day and a half fidelity program covers a multitude of topics involving the FIB and is entitled Fidelity and The Financial Institution Bond. The FSLC's Spring Surety program will be May 10-12, 2012 at the The Westin, Hilton Head, South Carolina. CE and CLE credits will both be offered for this program entitled Commercial and Miscellaneous Bonds.
The Surety & Fidelity Claims Institute will hold their 2012 Annual Meeting from June 27-29, 2012 at the (beautiful!) Cheyenne Mountain Resort in Colorado Springs, CO.
